Welcome to the combined massive 12 bedroom combined vacation rental suite at the Coral Ridge Resort in Coral Canyon.  This block party is made up of three Coral Ridge Homes,  2073, 2115 and 2085, right next to each other. This Block Party is accomplished by combining 3 homes on the same street. Though they are not all side by side to each other, you can still enjoy the super close and convenient proximity to your family, friends, and loved ones. It is like a dream home that has all your loved ones on the same block! 

Coral Ridge Townhomes near St George Utah are centrally located and convenient to all the outdoor activities southern Utah has to offer.  You’ll enjoy vacationing close to Zion National Park, Sand Hollow Reservoir and many other recreation areas.  Coral Canyon Golf course is your backyard and several other courses are within 10 minutes drive.

Amenities at Coral Ridges Townhomes includes cable TV, putting green, clubhouse, outdoor swimming pool, and yard maintenance.

The 2085 home has: The Master bedroom has a King, 2nd Master bedroom has a King with queen air mattress, the 3rd bedroom has 1 queen and a twin day bed with trundle, 4th bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds that are twins over fulls.
The 2115 home has: master bedroom w/ king, 2nd bedroom w/ 2 queen beds, 3rd bedroom w/Queen bed and 1 Trundle, upstairs bedroom w/ 2 Bunks with 2 twin beds and 2 fulls. 
The 2073 home has: master bedroom w/ king, 2nd bedroom w/ 2 queen beds, 3rd bedroom w/ queen bed, 4th bedroom w/ 2 twin over full beds.

This is located in the midst of our nation’s most beautiful national and state parks where plenty of outdoor adventures await you. Whether you’re looking to beat the cold, do some sightseeing, or you have sporting events to attend, this home is a perfect luxury equipped vacation home for families.
The Resort Clubhouse has 2 beautiful pools and an exercise room equipped with a weight machine, stationary bikes, and elliptical machine. A new play area is being constructed and there is a fishing pond at the entrance of the community stocked with fish. There are also ducks for the kids to feed. You will have quick access to Zion’s National Park, Sand Hollow, and Snow Canyon State Park. Pioneer Park is a great place for kids to hike and see the slot canyon and Jacob Lake Inn is a great place to stop on your way to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon.

**When booking, we take a 1-night room and tax deposit. That deposit is fully refundable and the reservation may be canceled 30 days prior to arrival.**


The Master bedroom on the main level features a king bed with a Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. You will enjoy the large walkin closet just steps from the laundry room. The kitchen is fully equipt to cook for the entire group. The back patio features a BBQ grill and sitting area with some nice shade. The garage is great for keeping your cars cool in the Summer. There is a laundry room in case you need to dry towels or do a quick load during your visit.

Our onsite staff is taking precautions while accommodating the guests with as little disruption as possible.  

We are taking extra measures to disinfect properties between stays. This includes sanitizing light switches, door handles, fridge handles, faucets and anything you would frequently touch. We are doing this in addition to our full cleanings of the home to take extra precautions.
Whenever possible, we are avoiding direct contact with guests and owners, but we're available to assist by phone.  
Our existing self-check-in process is especially useful in situations like this.  
Our linens are professionally laundered at a commercial facility with medical-grade standards.  
As an added precaution, we are moving reservations that have back to back arrivals to keep a 3-day window between stays.
