About St. George, Utah
Saint George, Utah is becoming the hub for Southern Utah Travel. In a short drive from St. George and Washington area, you can visit 2 National monuments Cedar Breaks near Cedar City and Grand Staircase 1.5 hours drive from the Coral Springs Resort in Hurricane, UT. You can also visit 2 National Parks within 30 minutes to 2 hours from Saint George. Zion National Park is 30-40 minutes from the Coral Canyon area.
Outside of the scenic beauty of the Snow Canyon State Park and all the National Parks and National Monuments, Southern Utah has so much more to offer. If you are a golfer you appreciate world-class golfing including several of Golf Digest’s Top 100 golf courses. If golf isn’t your thing you could visit one of the four reservoirs and lakes within minutes from St. George city center offering boating, paddleboarding, kayaking, fishing, and swimming.
If you have kids you are in for a treat. St. George city has some of the best public parks in the country. Thunder Junction was just finished in 2017 and is one of the few all-abilities parks with zip lines, pavilions, train rides, and a splash pad with a waterfall and volcano structure. St. George City also has a wonderful city center splash pad and children’s museum fun for the whole family.

What to Eat
Start your day off with a traditional breakfast at Oscar’s Cafe. This old school cafe makes classic American breakfasts that will knock your socks off. What to Do
Zion National Park is the most popular destination in Southern Utah. Here you can find massive sandstone walls that contrast with the rivers and unusual fauna that line the canyon floor. Angels landing and the narrows are popular hiking trails for visitors to the park. Bryce Canyon National Park and Snow Canyon State Park are other common attractions that offer plenty of opportunities for mountain bikers, climbers, and hikers alike.

Even though it is known as a family vacation spot, St George can still be incredibly romantic. If you’re looking for a romantic getaway with your partner, we have some recommendations. Hike to one of the most spectacular viewpoints in the world, Angels Landing. From there you can enjoy a romantic dinner at Benja’s Thai Garden. Then, to top it all off, try the romance package from the Coral Springs Resort.

Southern Utah isn’t just an adrenaline-pumping adventure. Many people visit to take in a show at the Tuacahn Red Rock Amphitheater, enjoy a stroll through the unique Saturday market, or experience one of the many local museums.
